Hello! I look forward to working with you! I am a licensed social worker with over 25 years experience working with children and families. I am currently the Director of Early Childhood Mental Health Programs at a multi social service agency. I am trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma Systems Therapy and Play Therapy. I specialize in working with child and family issues as well as issues relating to Trauma.
I believe that our mental and emotional state shapes how we experience and perceive life. Through my work with diverse populations, I have learned how important it is to prioritize mental health in order to create meaningful change and find fulfillment. Using my clinical experience, I now focus on working with adults who struggle with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
Having worked with a diverse population I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I seek to help you on your unique path of self-empowerment and healing. While I work with everyone across age ranges, my primary focus has been on the LGBTQ+ population struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, and trauma.
